Overview of product foundation
The AQ30MPW tail traction AGV is produced by BYD and is a fully automatic intelligent traction and handling equipment with a rated traction of 3 tons. The fuselage structure is compact and lightweight, supports various guidance schemes of laser navigation and magnetic navigation, and is equipped with an intelligent autonomous charging system. It can automatically plan the charging period according to the on-site operation tasks. The charging process does not require manual intervention. It is suitable for multi-vehicle linkage in the factory area and continuous transfer of multiple batches of materials, which helps the workshop logistics flow to advance in an orderly manner.

Power battery: 24 V/210 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery
BYD is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate power battery, which has stable output and is suitable for long-term multi-frequency traction and transfer operations. The lithium battery has good safety properties and is suitable for regular working conditions in factories and warehouses.
Charging package: 24 V/200 A charging cabinet
High-power special charging equipment, matching the battery fast charging demand, cooperating with the intelligent charging function of the equipment, using the production gap to quickly replenish energy, reducing the duration of job interruption.
Safety protection: contact + non-contact double collision avoidance device
Dual safety detection mechanism, long-distance sensing warning with physical buffer protection, timely identification of personnel, materials, and obstacles during driving, reducing the risk of collision.
Sound and light prompt components: warning light, voice announcer
Synchronized lighting and voice prompts for equipment running, steering, failure, and charging status, which is convenient for on-site staff to identify equipment dynamics and reduce hidden dangers of human-machine interaction.

Multi-navigation compatibility, adaptable to different factory transformation needs
Supporting two mainstream guidance modes of laser and magnetic navigation, old factories and new workshops can be flexibly deployed, and automated logistics can be implemented without large-scale ground modification.
Intelligent autonomous charging, reducing manual duty
The system automatically arranges charging in combination with real-time task load, and makes use of the idle period of the production line to replenish power, eliminating the need for special personnel to oversee the charging process and optimizing the manpower input in the workshop.
Lightweight fuselage, flexible passage in narrow passages
The whole machine is only 520 kg, with a small turning radius of 1260 mm. The narrow workshop passageway and assembly line aisle can be turned flexibly, allowing multiple material trailers to pass smoothly.

The rated traction capacity of 3 tons can be towed to multiple sets of tooling trailers, single transfer of multiple batches of raw materials, work in progress, and improve the frequency of material transportation in the factory.

The anti-collision device is equipped with a double sound and light reminder to actively avoid risks during the driving of the equipment, reducing the production stop loss caused by material bumps and equipment scratches.
