  • Rated load capacity: 0.6 T, can lift small tooling plates, material turnover boxes, precision parts carriers, transporting light components, packaging small pieces;

  • Weight of the whole machine: 200 kg, lightweight and ultra-thin fuselage, the body runs smoothly when lifting cargo and automatically steering;

  • Turning radius: 525 mm, suitable for narrow assembly lines, clean workshops, and narrow passages in laboratories, autonomous switching in narrow areas, real-time sensing to avoid personnel and obstacles.

  • Power supply voltage: 48 V power platform, light load jacking, short-distance cycle round-trip power output smooth and stable;

  • Battery specification: 27 Ah BYD lithium battery, meeting the demand for intermittent automated material transfer during the day.

Product advantage

1.0.6 tons of light lifting load, miniature fuselage suitable for ultra-narrow space

Rated 0.6 tons bearing capacity, low micro latent structure, can dive into the bottom of small tooling lift transfer, cargo steering, gentle slope traffic when the body balance is good, suitable for light precision materials automatic circulation distribution conditions.

2. Autonomous and unmanned operation in all links, suitable for digital clean production lines

Equipped with a multi-mode autonomous navigation module, it can connect with WMS and MES production management systems, automatically plan driving routes, and independently complete all aspects of jacking cargo, fixed-point unloading, and automatic power replenishment, reducing manual transfer intervention.

3. Small turning radius, flexible site deployment and low cost

525Mm compact turning size, small footprint, narrow clean workshop, small assembly line can be deployed without large-scale site modification, suitable for compact, dust-free production site layout.

4. BYD lithium battery matching, easy operation and maintenance and low loss

Equipped with BYD's self-developed 48 V lithium battery, with a capacity of 27 Ah, stable power output, and support for automatic charging and docking; compared with traditional lead-acid batteries, it effectively reduces the risk of electrolyte leakage, does not require frequent water replenishment and maintenance, and reduces long-term operation and maintenance workload.

applicable scenario

Precision electronic components clean assembly workshop, medical apparatus dust-free production line, intelligent transfer of laboratory samples, small optical processing automation line, beauty daily chemical small unmanned workshop and other light tooling vehicles automatic lifting transfer conditions.

Product Summary
