Overview of product foundation

The AP15 pallet-type AGV is produced and manufactured by BYD. It is a fully automatic pallet handling robot driven by pure electricity. It is rated to carry 1.5 tons and is mainly used for standard pallet cargo plane transfer operations. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent autonomous charging system, which can automatically plan the charging period according to the on-site operation tasks, and use the production gap to complete the replenishment. The charging process does not require manual duty. It is suitable for the normal pallet circulation transportation of factories and warehouses to help optimize the logistics process of the workshop.

III. Standard matching configuration

Power battery: 48 V/45 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery

BYD lithium iron phosphate power battery, compact, stable power supply, suitable for daily multi-frequency pallet transfer operations, lithium battery safety characteristics are good, suitable for a variety of indoor storage, workshop environment.

8.5 m three-stage gantry

Three-level lifting door frame, taking into account the needs of plane transshipment and high-level cargo access, can complete pallet ground transshipment and high-level shelf cargo stacking, and one machine is suitable for multi-layer warehousing operations.

Charging package: 48 V/50 A charging cabinet

The dedicated charging cabinet matches the battery specifications, cooperates with the intelligent charging program, and uses the working gap to quickly replenish power, reducing the time when the equipment is down and waiting for charging.

360 double safety protection: contact + non-contact anti-collision device

Equipment around the body type safety detection, infrared long-distance warning with physical buffer anti-collision, driving can be timely identification of personnel, shelves, tray obstacles, reduce collision loss.

Sound and light prompt components: warning light, voice announcer

Driving, lifting, charging, fault status synchronous lighting and voice reminders, on-site staff can intuitively grasp the operation status of the equipment, reducing human-machine interaction safety hazards.

IV. Product application advantages

Lightweight fuselage, flexible transfer in narrow channels

The whole machine is only 400 kg, with a turning radius of 1500 mm. The fuselage is small and flexible, and the narrow passageway of the assembly line and the small and medium-sized warehouse can smoothly complete the tray pick and place and steering.

Intelligent autonomous charging, reducing the cost of manual duty

The system automatically arranges charging according to the real-time task load, eliminating the need for a special person to oversee the charging process. It makes full use of the cargo loading and unloading gap to replenish power, which contributes to logistics continuity.

plane handling + high stacking dual-purpose

The standard 8.5-meter three-level gantry can not only complete the round-trip transfer of ground pallets, but also realize the access of high-rise shelves, broadening the equipment for storage scenarios.

Fully automated guided operations simplify pallet transfer processes

Equipped with an automatic guidance control system, it can independently complete all aspects of pallet warehousing, transshipment, and outbound, reducing the operation investment of manual cattle and electric forklifts, and improving the efficiency of warehousing circulation.

Multiple safety protections contribute to the stability of warehousing operations

360 anti-collision device with sound and light dual warning, active risk avoidance during driving, reduce tray, shelf scratch damage, to maintain the orderly operation of the warehouse.

Applicable scenarios

It is suitable for electronic assembly workshops, small finished product warehouses, e-commerce small parts sorting warehouses, light industry manufacturing plants, auto parts raw material warehouses, etc., with standard pallets as the carrier, taking into account the indoor logistics scenarios of plane transshipment and medium and high shelf access.
