III. Standard matching configuration

Power battery: 24 V/210 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery

BYD's self-developed lithium iron phosphate power battery has sufficient capacity, stable power output, and can support long-term multi-frequency heavy-duty pallet transfer. The lithium battery material has high safety and is suitable for a variety of indoor storage and workshop conditions.

Charging package: 24 V/100 A charging cabinet

High-power charging equipment that matches battery specifications can shorten the replenishment time of the equipment and help the continuous automated flow of storage and production lines.

360 multiple safety protection: contact + non-contact dual collision avoidance device

The equipment is equipped with a wraparound safety sensing mechanism, long-distance infrared warning and physical buffer protection, which can actively identify personnel, shelves, and pallets during driving, reducing the loss caused by collisions and bumps.

Sound and light safety prompt components: warning light, voice announcer

Vehicle running, steering, failure, charging status synchronous lighting and voice dual reminders, on-site staff can clearly identify the dynamic operation of equipment, reducing human-machine interaction safety hazards.

IV. Product application advantages

Multi-specification fork optional, suitable for a variety of standard pallets

The length and width of the fork can be customized on demand, and it is suitable for various sizes of pallets of European and national standards. It has strong versatility and meets the needs of warehousing and transshipment of goods in different enterprises.

Stable 2-ton heavy load, suitable for bulk cargo transportation

With a rated carrying capacity of 2 tons, it can smoothly transfer heavy-duty pallet cargo, suitable for large-scale circular handling of raw materials and finished products, and increase the single-time transshipment cargo capacity.

Optimized turning radius, flexible storage passage

1740Mm turning radius, compact body layout, smooth steering, tray pick and place in conventional warehouse and workshop passages, good site adaptability.

Fully automatic unmanned guidance, reducing manual operation investment

Equipped with a mature automatic guidance system, it can complete all aspects of pallet warehousing, transshipment, and outbound without manual driving, reducing the dependence on manual handling equipment operators and optimizing the cost of Talent Acquisition Operations.

Multiple safety protections contribute to the stable operation of the warehouse

The double anti-collision device is equipped with sound and light warning to actively avoid danger during driving, reduce the damage of goods and equipment, and maintain the continuous and orderly operation of the warehouse.

Applicable scenarios

It is suitable for indoor logistics scenarios that require heavy-duty pallet plane circulation, such as raw material/finished product warehouses in medium-sized manufacturing plants, logistics transit warehouses, home appliance auto parts warehouses, food processing plants, and e-commerce large-scale sorting warehouses.
