Overview of product foundation

The AF25L-01 latent jack-up AGV is produced and manufactured by BYD. It is a lightweight extended countertop heavy-load latent handling robot with a rated load of 2.5 tons. The whole machine adopts pure electric drive and double rudder wheel walking structure. The steering mode is rich and changeable, and it is suitable for workshop working conditions with dense equipment and complicated routes. The extended bearing platform can be adapted to long tooling, long profiles, and extended pallet cargo. With a 24 V large-capacity lithium iron phosphate battery, it has the characteristics of stable heavy load and long-term battery life. Equipped with an automatic guidance system, it can independently complete the lifting and transfer of heavy and long materials, optimize the automated logistics process of heavy industry, auto parts, and profile workshops, and reduce the investment in manual heavy-load handling.

III. Standard matching configuration

Power battery: 24 V/210 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery

BYD's self-developed large-capacity lithium iron phosphate power battery has a stable and long-lasting power supply output, which can support long-term multi-shift and extended heavy-duty material transfer. Lithium batteries are safe and stable, and are suitable for complex indoor working conditions with multiple dusts and obstacles such as heavy industry, profiles, and auto parts.

Charging package: 24 V/200 A charging cabinet

The high-power special charging cabinet matches the specifications of heavy-duty AGV batteries, shortens the time for downtime and replenishment, and helps to continuously automate the transportation of long and heavy materials in the factory area.

360 multiple safety protection: contact + non-contact dual collision avoidance device

The whole machine is surrounded by safety induction, long-distance infrared warning and physical buffer structure. When the fuselage is extended, it can identify personnel, long tooling, and shelf obstacles from multiple angles, reducing the collision and scratch loss of heavy-duty long materials.

Sound and light prompt components: warning light, voice announcer

Equipment jacking, steering, driving, failure, charging status synchronous lighting and voice dual reminders, large-scale workshop staff with complex working conditions can clearly identify the running status of extended equipment, reducing human-machine interaction safety hazards.

IV. Product application advantages

Extended bearing table, suitable for long workpiece transfer

The lengthened jacking platform can carry long profiles, lengthened material racks, and long pallets, meeting the needs of ultra-long materials that are difficult to transport by conventional AGVs, and broadening the scope of adaptation for heavy-duty materials.

Lightweight fuselage with dual rudders, flexible transportation through complex venues

The whole machine weighs only 850 kg, and the double steering wheel supports a variety of steering methods. With a turning radius of 1192 mm, it can be flexibly turned around and shuttled in the old factory building with multiple curves and dense equipment, which is suitable for factory transformation logistics projects.

2.5 tons of stable heavy load, meeting the needs of bulk transportation of large-scale goods

Rated capacity of 2.5 tons, can smoothly lift heavy-duty long material boxes, metal profiles, lengthened work in progress tooling, suitable for large-scale long material recycling in the manufacturing industry.

Long-term battery life of large-capacity lithium batteries, reducing production interruption charging

The 24 V/210 Ah large-capacity battery has stable battery life, and there is no need for frequent downtime and charging under multi-shift heavy-duty operations, maintaining the continuous operation of the workshop logistics.

Integrated design of latent jacking to simplify the process of loading and unloading heavy loads

It can dive into the bottom of the extended tooling to automatically lift and lift the goods, eliminating the need for manual hoisting and manual docking processes, and reducing the difficulty of loading and unloading large materials.

Fully automated unmanned guidance to optimize heavy-duty handling labor costs

Equipped with a mature automatic guidance control system, it can independently complete multi-station, long-distance and long-haul heavy-duty material transfer, replacing manual forklifts and heavy-duty manual carts, and reducing the cost of Talent Acquisition Operations in the factory.

Multiple safety protections to reduce the risk of lengthening the fuselage operation

360 double anti-collision with sound and light warning, extended fuselage during heavy-duty driving active risk avoidance, reduce long goods, tooling collision damage, help complex production line stable and orderly production.

Applicable scenarios

It is suitable for profile processing plants, heavy-duty auto parts assembly lines, mechanical parts workshops, pipe material warehouses, large-scale extended pallet finished product warehousing, heavy industry assembly lines, and other indoor logistics scenarios with complex working conditions and the need to transfer long heavy tooling materials.
