Overview of product foundation

The AF03D latent jack-up AGV is produced by BYD and is an ultra-small fully automatic latent handling robot with a rated load of 0.3 tons. The whole machine adopts a thin and low fuselage design, supports the body to rotate in place, and is equipped with an automatic guidance control system. It can sneak into the bottom of small tooling and fixtures to complete the lift conveyance. It is suitable for ultra-narrow channels, precision dust-free stations, and small laboratory scenes. It independently completes the cycle transfer of micro parts and simplifies the fine production line logistics operation process.

III. Standard matching configuration

Power battery: 48 V/15 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery

BYD miniaturized lithium iron phosphate power battery, compact and thin, suitable for lightweight fuselage, stable power supply, suitable for short-distance production line, high-frequency micro material transfer; lithium iron phosphate material safe and low heat, suitable for dust-free, precision electronics, medical apparatus and other indoor working conditions.

Charging package: 48 V/50 A charging cabinet

Special matching charging equipment, suitable for micro AGV battery specifications, the replenishment speed is in line with the working rhythm of light equipment, reducing the production time occupied by downtime charging.

360 multiple safety protection: contact + non-contact dual collision avoidance device

Equipment around the body type safety detection, long-distance infrared induction warning with physical buffer anti-collision structure, narrow station driving can be timely identification of personnel, tooling, equipment obstacles, reduce the small precision parts of the collision loss.

Sound and light safety prompt components: warning light, voice announcer

Equipment jacking, driving, steering, failure, charging status synchronous lighting and voice dual reminders, staff in a small clean workshop with dense workstations can quickly identify equipment operation dynamics and reduce human-machine interaction safety hazards.

IV. Product application advantages

Ultra-light and ultra-thin body, suitable for ultra-narrow production line channels

The whole machine weighs only 150 kg, the fuselage is low in height, and with a small turning radius of 450 mm, the miniature assembly line aisle, narrow laboratory aisle, and compact storage compartment can pass smoothly.

In-situ rotation function effectively saves site occupancy

Support 360 in-situ steering of the car body, without the need to reserve a wide turning area, small factories and clean laboratories can be automated logistics without the need to modify the channel, making full use of limited production space.

Latent jacking structure, suitable for a variety of miniature tooling vehicles

It can dive into the small material box and the bottom of the tooling fixture to automatically lift the load material, eliminating the need for manual hanging of goods, simplifying the loading and unloading operation steps of micro components, and reducing manual repeated handling actions.

Fully automatic unmanned guidance, reducing manpower investment in small-scale transshipment

Equipped with a mature automatic guidance system, it can independently complete multi-station cycle feeding and work in progress, reduce the manpower consumption of manual push of small tooling trolleys, and improve the overall material flow efficiency of the fine workshop.

Multiple safety protections contribute to the production of precision components

360 double anti-collision with sound and light warning, active avoidance in small spaces, reducing the collision damage of micro-precision parts and tooling fixtures, and contributing to the continuous and stable operation of clean precision production lines.

Applicable scenarios

It is suitable for chip assembly workshops, precision electronics laboratories, medical apparatus clean production lines, optical parts processing plants, small light industry assembly lines, laboratory reagent material transfer and other indoor scenes with extremely narrow channels, dense stations, and micro-small material circulation.
