Overview of product foundation

The AQ10DB latent traction AGV is produced by BYD and is a fully automatic latent hauling material handling equipment with a rated traction of 1 ton. The whole machine adopts a low body structure, which can dive into the bottom of the tooling truck to complete the traction operation. It is equipped with automatic lifting and pulling pins, supports two-way driving mode, and is equipped with an automatic guidance system to independently complete multi-route material circulation transportation in the factory area. It is suitable for assembly line workshops with limited channel width, simplifies the process of manual hauling and hauling of material trucks, and optimizes the logistics manpower input in the factory.

III. Standard matching configuration

Power battery: 48 V/45 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery

BYD is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate power battery, which has a stable power supply output and is suitable for long-term multi-frequency feeding truck traction and transportation in the workshop. Lithium batteries are safe and stable, and are suitable for various indoor production and storage conditions such as electronics, auto parts, and light industry.

Charging package: 48 V/50 A charging cabinet

Special matching specification charging equipment, adapt to the battery replenishment requirements of the whole machine, shorten the downtime and charging time, and help the continuous material transportation of the assembly line.

360 multiple safety protection: contact + non-contact dual collision avoidance device

The equipment is equipped with a wraparound safety sensing mechanism, long-distance infrared warning, and a physical buffer anti-collision structure. When driving in both directions, it can identify personnel, material trucks, and shelf obstacles from multiple angles, reducing collision and material collision losses.

Sound and light prompt components: warning light, voice announcer

Equipment traction, two-way driving, lifting traction pins, fault, charging status synchronous lighting and voice dual reminders, the staff in the dense area of the assembly line station can quickly identify the operation dynamics of the equipment and reduce the safety hazards of human-machine interaction.

IV. Product application advantages

Low latent body, suitable for narrow channel factory area

The height of the whole machine is low, and it can be directly driven into the bottom of the material truck to complete traction, reducing the requirements for the transformation of the width of the workshop channel. The old factory can deploy automated logistics without significantly widening the channel.

Two-way driving design makes logistics route planning more flexible

Support front and rear two-way driving, no need to turn around in place to switch the conveyor route, reduce channel occupancy, and adapt to reciprocating assembly line feeding scenarios.

Automatic lifting and lowering of traction pins, no need to manually hook up the feeder

The traction pin can be automatically lifted and lowered to complete the docking and decoupling with the work loading truck, eliminating the need for manual plugging and unplugging of hooks, and simplifying the steps of material transfer and loading.

Fully automated guided operations reduce manual hauling costs

Equipped with a mature automatic guidance control system, it can independently complete multi-station and multi-route circular feeding, replacing manual push of tooling trucks and reducing manpower investment in workshop material transfer positions.

Multiple safety protections contribute to the stable operation of the production line

360 double collision avoidance with sound and light warning, active avoidance during two-way driving, reducing damage to material trucks, goods, and equipment, and maintaining continuous and orderly production in the workshop.

Applicable scenarios

It is suitable for automotive parts assembly lines, 3C electronic assembly workshops, home appliance assembly plants, light manufacturing production lines, small warehouses, circular feeding warehouses, and other indoor logistics scenarios with narrow passages and the need for batch reciprocating transfer of materials by tooling trucks.
