Product details

The BYD EL-Pro18S MAX is a 1.8-ton ride-on lithium-ion balance forklift with a compact fuselage layout, flexible steering, and stable operation. It is suitable for warehousing and logistics, light manufacturing, food cold chain, and material turnover in factories. It can meet the needs of conventional cargo handling, stacking operations, and convenient daily operation and maintenance of equipment.

Core specifications

This equipment adopts an electric seat-type design, with a rated lifting weight of 1.8 t and a load center distance of 500 mm. The total weight of the vehicle including the battery is 3105 kg, the wheelbase is 1400 mm, the length of the fork is 2083 mm, and the width of the whole machine is 1130 mm.

The closed height of the gantry is 2020mm, the height of the top frame is 2050mm, the standard lifting height is 3000mm, the lifting height of the gantry can reach 3985mm, and the free lifting height is 120mm, which can be adapted to low space operations. The ground clearance between the gantry and the frame is 95mm, which can pass smoothly on conventional roads.

Turning radius 1710mm, flexible steering. Suitable for 1000-1200 mm horizontal pallet working channel width 3405 mm, 800-1200 mm vertical pallet working channel width 3530 mm. Fork specification 40/100/1070 mm, in line with ISO2328 standard, fork rack width 1000 mm, good versatility. The gantry supports forward tilt 5, backward tilt 8, easy to pick and place and align goods.

The axle load distribution of the whole vehicle is reasonable. The full load front axle load is 4165 kg, the rear axle load is 740 kg, the no-load front axle load is 1230 kg, and the rear axle load is 1875 kg. The operation process is smooth. Equipped with SE industrial tires, front wheel size 200/50-10, rear wheel size 140/55-9, suitable for conventional pavements such as cement and asphalt in the factory area.

Power and operating performance

The equipment is equipped with an 80 V/270 Ah lithium battery, the battery weight is 210 kg, and it is equipped with an AC electronic control system, which can support multi-shift continuous operation. Dual 5 kW drive motors and 15 kW lift motors are used for stable power output.

The vehicle's full-load and no-load travel speed is 16 km/h; the full-load lifting speed is 450 mm/s, and the no-load lifting speed is 500 mm/s; the full-load falling speed is 530 mm/s, and the no-load falling speed is 500 mm/s. The cargo lifting process is smooth. The vehicle's full-load traction is 9.0 N, the no-load traction is 6.8 N, the full-load climbing capacity is 16%, and the no-load climbing capacity is 20%. It can cope with road conditions such as ramps and loading and unloading platforms in the factory area. The full-load acceleration time is 4.5 s, and the no-load acceleration time is 4.0 s. It starts and stops smoothly. It is suitable for high-frequency reciprocating operations.

III. Safety and structural configuration

The equipment adopts a hydraulic braking system with smooth braking response, which can meet the needs of high-frequency start-stop operations. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 16 MPa, and the system operates stably. The driver's position noise ≤ 75 dB (A) to optimize the working environment. The vehicle is equipped with a compliance roof guard, combined with a transparent door frame design, to reduce visual blind spots and improve work safety.

IV. Operation experience and application scenarios

The seat is 985 mm above the ground, and with the chassis shock absorption structure, it can reduce the fatigue caused by long-term operation. The whole machine has a simple control layout, light operation, and low difficulty to get started.

This forklift can be used in e-commerce warehousing, logistics transshipment, light manufacturing, food processing, cold chain warehousing, supermarket warehouses, and other places, and can operate stably in indoor room temperature and conventional outdoor environments.
