The BYD EL-Pro35MAX is a 3.5-ton ride-on lithium-ion balance forklift, equipped with a mature lithium-ion battery system and AC electronic control configuration. The vehicle structure has been strengthened and designed to operate stably. Equipped with a 20.5 kW drive motor and a 26 kW lift motor, the power output is stable.
The vehicle's full-load and no-load travel speed is 18 km/h; the full-load lifting speed is 420 mm/s, and the no-load lifting speed is 450 mm/s; the full-load falling speed is 550 mm/s, and the no-load falling speed is 450 mm/s. The lifting and lowering of goods is smooth.
Full load rated traction 19000 N, no load rated traction 10500 N; full load climbing capacity of 18%, no load climbing capacity of 20%, can adapt to factory ramps, loading and unloading platforms and other road conditions. The hydraulic system working pressure range is 155-170 bar, the system operates stably.

The whole vehicle adopts the form of hydraulic braking, the braking effect is stable, and it can be adapted to the working conditions of high-frequency start and stop. Solid tires have good wear resistance and are suitable for driving on various conventional roads in the factory area.
The vehicle is equipped with a compliance roof guard with a height of 2240 mm. With the design of the gantry structure, the working field is wide. The driver's position noise ≤ 75 dB (A), which can create a comfortable working environment. The overall frame structure is stable, combined with a reasonable wheelbase layout, and the overall stability is good during heavy-duty operation.
