Calculating the total cost for 3 to 5 years of normal operation will help you get a more objective evaluation result.
The last step is to verify the supporting service clauses recorded on each quotation. Check the promised after-sales response time, whether the vendor has local service outlets near your operation site, the rules of providing temporary standby equipment when your forklift needs long time repair, and the update policy of related spare parts supply in the next 5 years. For scenarios that require multi-shift continuous operation, proper after-sales service support can effectively avoid unplanned operation shutdown losses. Through the above structured comparison process, you can select the most suitable electric forklift solution that matches your actual operation needs, without falling into the trap of excessive low price that may bring extra hidden risks.
