Product details

BYD EA35 electric counterbalanced forklift, taking into account power performance, safety and operating economy, is suitable for heavy-duty material handling in warehousing, factories, logistics parks and other scenarios, and can provide stable and practical operation equipment support for enterprises.

First, power and energy performance

This model is equipped with a BYD blade battery, which has good energy density performance, high safety attributes, long cycle life, and sustainable output of stable power. The battery is equipped with a PTC heating system, which can operate normally in a low temperature environment, and the overall protection level reaches IP65. It can cope with complex working conditions such as dust and splashing water on the site.

The equipment adopts a permanent magnet synchronous electric control system, which has good operation efficiency and effectively controls the energy consumption of the operation. The rated power of the drive motor is 17 kW, and the rated power of the lifting motor is 23 kW. With a 76.8 V/270 Ah battery pack, the battery weight is 210 kg, which can support long-term continuous operation and meet the needs of high-frequency heavy-duty handling. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is 180 bar, and the power output is stable and abundant.

II. Safety and operational stability

The rated lifting weight of the vehicle is 3500 kg, the load center distance is 500 mm, the standard gantry lifting height is 3000 mm, the gantry lifting height can reach 4150 mm, and the high-level operation is smooth. The whole vehicle adopts a reinforced frame structure, the key parts are thickened and reinforced, and it is matched with special pneumatic tires. The front wheel specification is 28 9-15-14 PR, and the rear wheel specification is 6.50-10 -10PR. The impact resistance and wear resistance are good, and the overall structure is durable and reliable.

The vehicle adopts a dual braking form that combines mechanical and electric, and the braking response is sensitive, which helps to improve the safety of the operation. The climbing capacity of the equipment can reach 18% in the no-load state and 16% in the load state, which can adapt to the normal ramp traffic requirements in the factory area. The noise in the driving area ≤ 75 dB (A), creating a comfortable working environment. The vehicle is fully loaded and the load distribution of the no-load axle is reasonable, and the driving process is smooth.

III. Dimensions and operational flexibility

The wheelbase of the whole vehicle is 1770 mm, the total length is 3855 mm, the length of the forks is 2785 mm, and the total width is 1230 mm. The turning radius is 2515 mm, and the site passing ability is good. It is suitable for the width of the horizontal pallet working channel of 1000-1200 mm and the width of the vertical pallet working channel of 800-1200 mm. It can be flexibly turned and shuttled in the standard storage channel.

The size of the fork is 50/122/1070mm, which conforms to the ISO2328 industry standard. The width of the fork rack is 1100mm, which is highly versatile and can be used with a variety of conventional pallets. The height from the ground at the door frame is 135mm, and the height from the ground at the frame is 155mm, which can smoothly pass through the slightly raised road surface in the venue. The forward tilt angle of the vehicle is 6, and the backward tilt angle is 12, which is convenient for cargo pick and place and attitude adjustment.

IV. Operation and daily maintenance

The vehicle is equipped with a visual instrument device, and the operation data is clearly displayed, which is convenient for the operator to view the equipment status in real time. The driving area has been user-friendly design, which can relieve the fatigue caused by long-term operation. The equipment adopts an open instrument table and a quickly removable hydraulic fuel tank cover structure, which simplifies the daily maintenance and maintenance process, reduces the downtime of the equipment, and improves the overall operation efficiency.

Driving speed load/no-load is 16 km/h, 17 km/h, lifting speed load 380 mm/s, no-load 420 mm/s, descending speed load 400 mm/s, no-load 450 mm/s, and the operation rhythm is efficient and balanced.

BYD EA35 electric counterbalanced forklift truck, relying on solid hardware configuration, stable operation performance and convenient use experience, is a highly applicable operating equipment in 3.5-ton heavy-duty material handling scenarios.
