Product details

BYD EA25 electric counterbalanced forklift truck is designed with intelligence, safety, reliability, and high efficiency and energy saving as its core direction, providing stable and reliable material handling solutions for warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and other scenarios.

First, power and energy performance

Equipped with BYD blade battery, the battery has high density, high safety characteristics, and good cycle life, providing continuous and stable power output for the forklift.

The battery comes standard with a PTC heating system, which can be adapted to the needs of low-temperature environment operations; the battery protection level can reach IP65, which can adapt to complex working conditions such as dust and splashing water.

The application of permanent magnet synchronization system can increase work efficiency by 10% to 15%, effectively reducing energy consumption while maintaining work efficiency.

The drive motor power is 12 kW, the lift motor power is 15 kW, and with a 76.8 V/210 Ah battery, it can meet the needs of long-term continuous operation.

II. Safety and stability

The standard gantry lifting height is 3000 mm, the gantry height can reach 4040 mm, and the vehicle stability safety factor is 2.2. It runs smoothly in high-level operation, meeting the material handling requirements of most medium and high workstations.

Equipped with core components such as reinforced frame, drive axle housing, and special tires, the key parts of the body are made of high-strength steel or thickened and enlarged treatment, providing stronger impact resistance and wear resistance, and stable durability.

The rated lifting weight is 2500 kg, the load center distance is 500 mm, and the full load axle load performance is stable, which can be adapted to 2.5 tons of conventional material handling scenarios; the climbing capacity (S2 = 5min, no load) can reach 18%, meeting the ramp traffic requirements of most factory areas.

The driver's noise ≤ 75 dB (A), using mechanical/electric double braking form, reliable braking response, reducing the risk of work safety.

III. Operation and maintenance experience

Equipped with a 7-inch color LED display, the operation information is clear and easy to read; with semi-enclosed seats, it optimizes the driving experience and relieves long-term work fatigue.

Adopt tool-free removal of hydraulic tank cover and open dashboard design, which is convenient for daily inspection and maintenance, reduces downtime, and improves operational efficiency.

The tire adopts pneumatic tire configuration, front wheel specification 7.00/12-12PR, rear wheel specification 6.00-9 -10PR, suitable for the conventional road surface in the factory area, wear resistance and impact resistance; fork size 40/122/1070 mm, in line with ISO2328 standard, strong versatility.

The turning radius is 2380 mm, and the channel width is suitable for 1000-1200 mm horizontal pallets 4100 mm and 800-1200 mm vertical pallets 4300 mm, allowing for flexible operation in conventional storage channels.

BYD EA25 electric counterweight forklift, with reliable power, stable safety design, efficient performance and convenient use experience, provides efficient, low-consumption and worry-free operation support for enterprise material handling. It is the practical handling equipment choice in the 2.5-ton scenario.
