After the newly purchased lithium forklift arrives at the enterprise’s operation site, complete on-site commissioning service is a necessary link before formal use, rather than a simple unpacking and quick start process. Standardized on-site debugging can eliminate hidden risks caused by long-distance transportation, improper handling during loading and unloading, and mismatched site environment, laying a solid foundation for long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Technicians will check the effectiveness of all safety configurations on site, including the emergency power off button that can cut off all power supply immediately, the warning sound and light reminder device with suitable volume, the firmness of the safety guard frame, and the effective binding performance of the safety belt. All these checks will be carried out in strict accordance with the local industrial operation safety regulations, to ensure that the equipment completely meets the access conditions for on-site operation.
The last indispensable part is on-site operation and maintenance training for the equipment users. Technicians will demonstrate the correct operation process in person for front-line forklift drivers, explain the correct steps for lithium battery charging, the regular inspection points of the battery appearance, the basic troubleshooting methods for common minor faults, and the forbidden operation behaviors that may cause damage to the equipment. The maintenance personnel of the enterprise will also master the daily routine maintenance skills through on-site teaching, which can effectively extend the service life of the lithium forklift.
