BYD R20P-L ride-on high-lift forward-moving lithium battery forklift is built for super high-rise three-dimensional warehousing and high-level stacking scenarios of heavy goods. Relying on BYD's 80 V high-voltage lithium battery technology platform, with high-lift gantry and increased counterweight body, taking into account 2.0 tons of rated load, ultra-high operating stability and long battery life performance. The vehicle comes standard with a number of practical operating configurations, and supports a variety of optional customizations. It can be adapted to long-term high-intensity indoor operations such as high-storage three-dimensional warehouses, regional logistics distribution centers, and elevated warehouses for industrial finished products. The vehicle adopts standardized compliance design to adapt to ultra-high storage conditions of heavy goods and medium and wide passages.

Equipped with BYD's original lithium iron phosphate battery, equipped with a stable thermal management system, standard fast intelligent charger, supports fast charging, ready-to-use with charging, no memory effect; the side-mounted national standard charging port has a reasonable layout and convenient charging operation. The 80 V high-voltage power architecture is matched with a three-phase AC asynchronous motor, which has stable power output and good operation reliability, which can meet the power requirements of ultra-high-level heavy-duty operations. The battery cycle life can meet the needs of long-term high-frequency operations. Compared with traditional lead-acid batteries, it can reduce the frequency of battery replacement, effectively reduce the risk of acid leakage, and adapt to a variety of storage environments that require cleanliness.
2. Ride-in operation layout, good working experience for a long time
Adopting a seat-type operation design, with ergonomic operating components and protective ceilings, long-term continuous operation can relieve operator fatigue, and adapt to the needs of single-shift and double-shift long-term storage operations. The operation field is wide, and the line of sight is good when stacking at a high position; equipped with multi-function display instruments, the operation status of the vehicle can be clearly checked, which helps to improve the operation accuracy and daily control convenience.
3. High lift front sliding door frame, stable operation at high level with heavy load
Standard three-stage fully free gantry, forward-moving telescopic structure design, fork teeth can be retractable back and forth, and the body does not need to be close to the shelf during ultra-high stacking operations; with 1200 mm standard fork and shelf, the cargo load is stable and suitable for conventional pallet operations. The whole vehicle is equipped with an external side shifter, the fork can be fine-tuned laterally, and the cargo alignment is convenient.
With a 4750 kg increased counterweight body structure, the body has good stability during the super high-rise lifting process, reducing the probability of cargo slipping. The key parts of the vehicle are made of industrial-grade wear-resistant materials, and the walking wheels and bearing wheels are wear-resistant and durable, which can be adapted to long-term high-frequency and heavy-duty driving on the warehouse floor.
4. Dual battery capacity is optional, matching different working intensities
Provide 280 Ah and 340 Ah battery configurations, customers can choose according to their own working conditions:
280 Ah version: suitable for 8-hour conventional high-level and heavy-duty warehousing operations in a single shift, with sufficient power performance;
340 Ah version: It can support continuous operation for multiple periods, with sufficient battery life, and is suitable for high-frequency loading and unloading scenarios in logistics transit and large-scale e-commerce warehousing centers.

The pure electric power operation process has no exhaust gas generation, and the working environment of the closed warehouse is clean; the motor is equipped with an optimized energy consumption control plan, and the energy consumption control performance is good under the same working conditions, which can reduce electricity expenditure; the whole vehicle is equipped with a fault self-inspection system, and the line layout is regular. It is easy to repair and maintain later. Compared with internal combustion forklifts, there is no need to bear the cost of fuel, filter elements and other consumables, and long-term use has good comprehensive cost performance.
