III. Product core advantages

1. BYD original lithium battery, suitable for clean room operation

Equipped with BYD lithium iron phosphate battery, equipped with stable thermal management system, support fast charging, charging and use, no memory effect; battery cycle life can meet the needs of long-term high-frequency operation, compared with traditional lead-acid batteries, can reduce battery replacement frequency, effectively reduce the risk of acid leakage, suitable for electronics, food, medicine and other production workshops that require cleanliness. 48 V low-voltage power structure, perfect power safety design, suitable for closed indoor storage environment.

2. Compact forward structure, flexible operation in narrow warehouse

The forward-moving telescopic door frame design, the fork teeth can be retractable back and forth, and the body does not need to be close to the shelf during high-level stacking operations; with a turning radius of 1600 mm, it is suitable for narrow channel warehouses of 1.8 m and above, and more shelf positions can be planned for the same storage area to improve the utilization rate of storage capacity. Standing operation layout, convenient on and off, suitable for high-frequency and short-distance transfer of medium-weight goods.

3. Balanced counterweight body, stable operation with medium load

The vehicle weighs 2340 kg and adopts a scientific counterweight layout. Under rated load conditions, the lifting, driving and steering processes operate smoothly, reducing the probability of cargo slipping. The key components of the vehicle are made of industrial-grade wear-resistant materials, and the walking wheels and bearing wheels are wear-resistant and durable, which can be adapted to long-term high-frequency driving on the warehouse floor.

4. Dual battery capacity is optional, matching different work shifts

Provide 200 Ah, 400 Ah two battery configurations, customers can choose according to their own working conditions:

  • 200 Ah version: suitable for conventional warehousing operations within 8 hours of a single shift, and the procurement cost is friendly;

  • 400 Ah version: It can support continuous operation for multiple periods, with sufficient battery life, and is suitable for high-frequency loading and unloading scenarios in logistics transit and e-commerce warehouses.

5. Moderate investment in operation and maintenance, green electric handling equipment

The pure electric power operation process has no exhaust gas generation, and the working environment of the closed warehouse is clean; the motor is equipped with an optimized energy consumption control plan, and the energy consumption control performance is good under the same working conditions, which can reduce electricity expenditure; the whole vehicle is equipped with a fault self-inspection system, and the line layout is regular. It is easy to repair and maintain later. Compared with internal combustion forklifts, there is no need to bear the cost of fuel, filter elements and other consumables, and long-term use has good comprehensive cost performance.

IV. Applicable scenarios

Medium-sized three-dimensional shelf warehouses, e-commerce distribution warehouses, hardware parts workshops, food raw material warehouses, supermarket warehousing centers, auto parts warehouses and other narrow passages, indoor medium-sized goods high-level stacking operation scenarios.

V. Parameter description

The marked parameters of this product are all standard rated working conditions test values. The actual operation life and stacking operation performance will be affected by factors such as cargo load, ground road conditions, operator habits, lifting height, etc. If you need accurate selection, you can consult a professional sales engineer in combination with the actual working conditions of the warehouse.
