Product details

First, the basic product information

This product is an original intelligent charger corresponding to BYD 80V lithium battery forklift, with a rated output of 80V/100A and three-phase AC input. It is a commonly used charging supporting equipment in BYD forklift accessories. The product is suitable for BYD lithium iron phosphate battery system, and can cooperate with the forklift BMS management system to complete the whole process charging control. It is suitable for forklift daily replenishment, fast charging between shifts and other scenarios, and belongs to standing BYD accessories.

II. Core Functions

  1. Intelligent segmented charging

    Adopting constant current and constant voltage multi-stage charging mode, the charging current and voltage can be automatically adjusted according to the battery state, and the whole process control of pre-charge, fast charge, float charge, and full charge cutoff can be completed with the BMS system, which is suitable for the charging characteristics of lithium iron phosphate batteries.

  2. BMS two-way communication interaction

    Built-in communication module, which can interact with the forklift battery BMS system in real time to complete charging handshake, voltage and current negotiation, temperature status feedback, and cooperate with the battery management system to ensure that the charging process is controllable.

  3. Multiple security protections

    With multiple protection mechanisms such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, reverse connection, short circuit, etc., the protection can be automatically started and the fault status can be fed back when abnormal working conditions occur, reducing the risk of equipment and battery damage during charging.

  4. status visualization

    Equipped with a display panel, it can display information such as charging voltage, charging current, battery capacity, charging time, etc. in real time. The fault status corresponds to the code prompt, which is convenient for the operator to intuitively grasp the charging progress and equipment status.

III. Product technical characteristics

  1. factory specification adaptation

    Developed according to the BYD 80V lithium forklift charging standard, the interface definition and communication protocol are consistent with the original specifications, and are suitable for the original vehicle charging interface and battery system. It can be directly connected and used under the normal working conditions of the corresponding model.

  2. Efficient power conversion

    Adopting high-frequency switching power supply technology, the power conversion efficiency meets the industrial-grade charger standard, and the energy consumption performance of the charging process is better, which helps to reduce the power cost of the charging process.

  3. Industrial-grade durable design

    The whole machine adopts metal shell and air-cooled heat dissipation structure, and the components are selected according to industrial working conditions, which can adapt to the conventional operating environment of warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing workshops, and can operate stably and continuously within a reasonable temperature and humidity range.

  4. Easy to operate and easy to maintain

    The wiring method is clear, the plug-in interface is easy to connect, and conventional faults can be quickly checked through the panel code. No complex calibration is required on a daily basis, and the maintenance cost is low.

IV. Adaptation range

Suitable for BYD CPD18, CPD20, CPD25, CPD30, CPD35 and other 80V lithium battery counterbalanced forklifts, corresponding to 270Ah, 340Ah and other conventional capacity lithium iron phosphate battery packs, suitable for original charger replacement, backup charging equipment configuration, multi-parking charging expansion and other scenarios.

V. Goods and after-sales instructions

  • Product status: brand new original specification charger, factory with power-on inspection pass mark, supporting charging interface and description materials;

  • Installation Tips: Professional electricians are required to complete the power wiring and connect to the corresponding specification three-phase power supply line;

  • After-sales description: Failures caused by non-human physical damage and abnormal wiring can enjoy the agreed quality assurance service.
