Product details

First, the basic product information

This product is the steering bridge assembly supporting BYD lithium-ion counterbalanced forklift. It is the core bearing and execution component of the forklift chassis steering system and belongs to the conventional BYD forklift accessories. The product is developed according to the original specifications, integrates the structure of the bridge body, steering knuckle, kingpin, limit components and other structures, and is suitable for the 80V lithium-ion forklift chassis system. It can replace the faulty steering bridge of the original vehicle. It is suitable for maintenance and replacement scenarios such as bridge body deformation, steering wear, and steering cards.

II. Core Functions

  1. steering action execution

    Cooperate with the vehicle steering system to transmit steering torque, drive the rear wheels to complete the steering action, control the steering angle and steering accuracy, and ensure the steering control performance of the vehicle during driving.

  2. rear axle load bearing

    As the rear bearing structure of the vehicle, it connects the frame and the rear wheel hub, bears part of the weight of the body and the cargo, and maintains the stability of the chassis during the driving and operation of the vehicle.

  3. Steering limit protection

    With its own steering limit structure, it can limit the maximum steering angle, avoid excessive steering damage to the chassis and tires, and protect the steering system.

III. Product technical characteristics

  1. Original specification adaptation design

    Developed according to the original size and installation standards of BYD forklift, the installation hole position and connection size are consistent with the original specifications, and can be replaced and installed in situ under the normal working conditions of the corresponding model, generally without additional modification.

  2. High strength casting bridge body

    The bridge body is made of high-strength cast steel, with strong structural rigidity, which can adapt to the working conditions of forklifts under heavy load and frequent steering, and the load-bearing performance meets the design standards of industrial vehicles.

  3. Wear-resistant joint fitting structure

    The wear-resistant pin shaft and bushing are used at the steering joint, and the rotation process is smooth, which can reduce the wear of components caused by frequent steering and help prolong the service life of components.

  4. Assembled pre-assembly design

    The pre-installation and debugging of the bridge body, steering knuckle, kingpin and other components are completed after leaving the factory, and the assembly structure is convenient for replacement and installation, which helps to improve the efficiency of maintenance operations.

IV. Adaptation range

It is suitable for BYD CPD20, CPD25, CPD30, CPD35 and other 80V lithium-ion counterbalanced forklifts. It is a commonly used chassis vulnerable replacement part in BYD accessories. It is suitable for maintenance and replacement of failure scenarios such as deformation and cracking of the steering axle, wear of the steering knuckle, excessive steering clearance, and abnormal noise of the steering card.

V. Goods and after-sales instructions

  • Goods status: brand new original specification steering bridge assembly, factory assembly and performance testing, parts with protective packaging;

  • Installation tips: It is recommended to install and replace by professional maintenance personnel. After installation, the steering angle and matching clearance need to be debugged;

  • After-sales description: Failures caused by non-human physical damage and abnormal installation and use can enjoy the agreed quality assurance service.
