III. Core product advantages

(1) Self-developed blade lithium battery, safe and durable, long-lasting battery life

Equipped with BYD's original blade lithium battery, with stable charging and discharging performance, 307 V/280 Ah large capacity configuration, can support single shift and above continuous heavy load operation; support fast charging and replenishment, shorten downtime waiting time. The battery has built-in multiple safety protection structures, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, reduce hidden dangers; the battery has a long cycle life, and the depreciation cost for long-term use is controllable. The whole vehicle is purely electric drive, and there is no exhaust gas generated during the operation process. It can be adapted to food, medicine, and indoor closed workshops.

(2) 6 tons of heavy-duty capacity, stable output under large operating conditions

Rated 6 tons standard load, matching heavy door frame and high-strength fork frame, steel structure has been strengthened, stacking and hauling heavy goods when the body is stable, lifting, driving power output smooth and powerful, suitable for steel, plate, large packing boxes, heavy equipment accessories and other heavy-duty material transfer, to meet the factory, logistics park, building materials market high-frequency heavy load operation needs.

(III) Compact body design, flexible and efficient steering

The turning radius is only 3260 mm, and the steering performance of the same tonnage models is good. The narrow passages, dense cargo spaces, and containers in the factory area can be smoothly turned around and stacked, eliminating the need to reserve a large working space and improving the utilization rate of the warehouse site. The vehicle weight structure has been professionally adjusted, and the full-load and no-load driving body is not easy to shake, the braking is smooth, and the operation safety is good.

(4) Comfortable driving cabin, long-term operation is not easy to fatigue

Open and widened driving space, with shock-absorbing comfortable seats, suitable for long-term continuous operation; the control handle layout is simple and easy, the steering wheel operation is light, reducing the driver's operating load; the body is equipped with warning lights, clear visual instruments, battery power, driving status, fault reminders real-time display, operation status at a glance; the vehicle running noise is lower than the fuel forklift, which helps to optimize the working environment in the factory.

(5) Low operation and maintenance costs, economical for long-term use

Pure electric drive saves the cost of diesel procurement. Compared with fuel forklifts, it can effectively reduce daily energy consumption expenses. It has no engine, oil filter, exhaust pipe, and other easily worn fuel accessories. It has fewer routine maintenance items and low cost of maintenance consumables. The vehicle electronic control system is intelligent, and the fault self-inspection function is convenient for quick troubleshooting, reducing downtime and maintenance time, and improving overall operation efficiency.

(6) Multiple safety protections, stable and reliable operation

The vehicle is equipped with multiple safety configurations: ramp anti-skid, overload protection, battery overcharge and overdischarge protection, emergency power-off switch, stable braking system; body weight balance, heavy-load lifting and anti-tilting design, reducing the risk of stacking and dumping; electrical system waterproof and dustproof, suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor routine operating environments in the factory.

IV. Applicable industry scenarios

  • Heavy industry: steel, hardware, large machinery parts transfer

  • Warehousing and logistics: large warehousing, port freight yards, container handling

  • Building materials industry: plate, pipe, stone heavy cargo handling

  • Food/medicine/cold chain: indoor closed workshops and other working conditions that require environmental cleanliness

  • Manufacturing: factory finished products, heavy-duty transfer of raw materials

V. Summary

BYD's C60 6-ton lithium-ion balance forklift combines BYD's self-developed blade battery technology with large-tonnage heavy-duty handling requirements, taking into account load performance, flexibility, energy conservation, environmental protection, and economic operation and maintenance. It improves the pain points of high pollution, high fuel consumption, and high maintenance of traditional fuel forklifts, and provides stable, long-term, and low-cost electric handling solutions for enterprises with heavy-duty handling needs.
