Second, assess the on-site response and practical problem-solving capability of the supplier's local technical team. Mature technical support teams usually build a dedicated remote service channel, which can realize real-time operation data tracking of the lithium-ion forklift fleet, early warning of potential faults, and fast remote troubleshooting, effectively reducing unnecessary on-site trip cost and shortening the fault handling cycle. You can test the actual operation fluency and data security level of the service system in the verification stage.
Through the above multi-dimensional evaluation work, the project team can avoid subjective judgment deviations, select suppliers that match the actual demand of the lithium-ion forklift project, and lay a solid foundation for the long-term stable low-cost operation of the whole equipment fleet.
