The first core step of drafting is sorting out actual operation scenario parameters as the fundamental basis of all technical clauses, instead of copying general public templates directly without adjustment. The second part is defining clear, verifiable performance and safety related clauses, to make sure all bidding parties provide products that meet national and industry mandatory standards. The clauses can cover whole vehicle braking performance, steering control accuracy, energy consumption data under standard working conditions, normal battery cycle life expectation, and the configuration of mandatory safety components including overload protection, overspeed alarm, and emergency power off device.
