One qualified separate charger can match multiple compatible lithium forklifts for rotation charging, which can reduce the single-vehicle procurement cost in the initial stage of equipment investment. When maintenance or troubleshooting is needed, staff can move the light-weight charger for repair directly, without moving the heavy forklift to a designated maintenance area, which greatly saves labor and time costs for routine operation and maintenance.
When making purchase decisions, buyers can refer to the following practical suggestions. First, count the total number of existing forklifts and the daily shift arrangement. If the number of forklifts is less than 3, and there is no special independent charging room in the work site, the integrated charging system is a more appropriate choice, which supports opportunistic charging during short rest breaks of staff and guarantees continuous operation demand for two-shift working modes.
