BYD S15JW-Ei is a walking electric stacker with a rated load capacity of 1500 kg, designed for storage shelves, workshop material stacking, e-commerce sorting and other scenarios, suitable for high-frequency, short-distance, narrow-channel cargo handling and stacking operations, taking into account practicality, safety and convenience of operation and maintenance.

Airframe design and pass performance

The vehicle is compact, with a total length of 1850 mm, a body width of 860 mm, 700 mm without fork length, and a weight of 545 kg. It is suitable for narrow channel operation. The turning radius is 1500 mm, and the width of the right-angle stacking channel is 2332 mm when it is suitable for 1000-1200 mm pallets, and 2266 mm when it is suitable for 800-1200 mm pallets. It can work flexibly in small and medium-sized warehouses and narrow passages in workshops to improve the utilization rate of storage space. The size of the fork is 62/170/1150 mm (thickness/width/length), the outer width is 685 mm, and it is suitable for most standard pallets. The fork is lowered to a height of 90 mm from the ground, which can be adapted to the needs of conventional ground operations.
