BYD EL18DT-PRO is a 1.8-ton three-pivot counterweight electric forklift built by BYD for heavy-duty narrow-lane operation scenarios. Relying on the accumulation of brand new energy technology and the use of a three-pivot body architecture, it enhances the carrying capacity while retaining compact maneuverability. Heavy-duty pure electric power, stable operation output The vehicle is equipped with an AC electronic control system, matching double 5kW drive motors and 16kW lifting motors, the power output is smooth and linear, and can stably support the operation demand of 1.8 tons of rated lifting weight. Under full load conditions, the driving speed can reach 16km/h, and the full load lifting speed can reach 500mm/s, which can match the operation rhythm of conventional heavy-load transfer and stacking; equipped with 80V/270Ah large-capacity power battery, the battery life is stable, and it can support single-shift and above continuous operation; pure electric drive has no exhaust emissions, no oil fume pollution, and can be adapted to food, medicine, electronic manufacturing and other indoor operation scenarios that require environmental cleanliness.
Three-pivot structure design, flexible passage in narrow space Adopt three-pivot body structure, optimize passability for dense storage and narrow roadway scenarios, and achieve compact maneuvering performance under the 1.8-ton load capacity level. The minimum turning radius of the vehicle is only 1690mm, for 10001200mm horizontal standard pallets, the width of the working channel is only 3386mm, which can flexibly pass through dense shelf areas and narrow passages

Ergonomic layout, comfortable and safe driving adopts a ride-on operation layout, the seat height, control pedal and operation handle are all arranged ergonomically, suitable for operators to work continuously for a long time, effectively reducing work fatigue. The vehicle is equipped with a standard roof guard structure to provide basic safety protection for operators; the operating noise is ≤75dB (A), and the working environment is quiet and low-disturbance; with a responsive hydraulic braking system, the control is smooth and easy to use, and new operators can quickly adapt to the rhythm of work.
The operation and maintenance structure is simple, the long-term economic AC drive motor adopts a brushless design, the daily maintenance items are few, and the core components are durable; the working pressure of the hydraulic system is stable, and the components have a long service life. Compared with traditional internal combustion forklifts, there is no need to replace oil, three filters and other consumables regularly, and there is no fuel consumption, which can effectively reduce the operation and maintenance and energy consumption costs of the whole life cycle, and adapt to the long-term cost reduction of enterprises.
