With the continuous popularization of low-carbon and high-efficiency logistics concepts in the industrial field, electric forklifts have become a mainstream material handling equipment widely used in closed operation scenarios such as warehouses, manufacturing workshops and distribution centers. Compared with traditional internal combustion handling equipment, its operation process produces no tail gas emission and has relatively low noise, which can better adapt to the indoor operation environment with high requirements for environmental comfort.
Basic Pre-operation Check Specifications
Before each formal start of work, operators need to complete a full range of pre-inspection work according to the preset operation flow. The inspection scope covers the remaining power display of the power system, the rotation flexibility of the steering mechanism, the wear degree of the load fork, the braking sensitivity and the normal display state of the on-board instrument. Any abnormal prompt information on the instrument panel should not be ignored, and minor hidden troubles should be eliminated in time before the equipment is put into operation, to avoid unexpected equipment failure that may cause interference to the subsequent handling process.
Standardized On-site Operation Rules
In the actual operation process, operators need to adjust the driving speed according to the actual condition of the site, avoid sudden acceleration or sudden braking in the crowded passage area, and keep a safe distance from surrounding stacked goods and passing personnel. When lifting and placing goods, reasonably adjust the inclination angle of the gantry according to the weight and packaging form of the goods, to avoid the risk of goods slipping and falling in the moving process. For goods with special oversize dimensions, operators need to confirm the accessibility of the driving route in advance to prevent collision with shelves or other fixed facilities.
Daily Maintenance and Service Life Optimization
Scientific and standardized daily maintenance work can effectively extend the stable service cycle of electric forklifts and control the comprehensive operating cost within a reasonable range. After each work shift, operators need to clean the dust and residual sundries attached to the surface of the equipment, check the connection state of the power interface, and park the equipment in the designated storage area with suitable temperature and ventilation conditions. According to the actual use frequency of the equipment, arrange professional personnel to carry out regular deep detection of the power system, driving motor and hydraulic transmission components, replace the aging wearable parts in time, to maintain the long-term stable working performance of the equipment.
