The first priority for relevant dimension consideration is to complete accurate on-site measurement before equipment configuration. For operation areas with extremely low clear space that cannot be accessed by standard overhead guard structure, users can select qualified electric forklifts equipped with legally certified foldable overhead guard components, which can reduce the overall height of the guard to the accessible range during passing through narrow low-ceiling zones, and restore the standard protection height after entering the normal operation area.
In daily operation and maintenance management, relevant teams should regularly check the height state of the overhead guard, confirm there is no deformation or displacement that changes the original dimension parameters, and carry out targeted training for forklift operators, to make them familiar with the maximum passing height limit of each operation area in the low-ceiling warehouse. It can effectively avoid accidental collision damage to both the forklift body and top warehouse facilities, and maintain stable and efficient material handling operation in the whole warehouse.
