The first tier of the product grading system targets light work duty scenarios. This tier covers scenarios that require small load handling, narrow passage movement and less than 4 hours of daily continuous operation, such as small community warehouses, retail back-end storage, and small component testing workshops. The corresponding products in this tier feature compact body size, low energy consumption and easy operation, which can fully meet the daily light handling demands while keeping the long-term maintenance cost at a reasonable low level.

The second tier of the product grading system is built for medium work duty scenarios, which is the most widely applicable tier for common material handling demands. This tier fits scenarios with 4 to 8 hours of daily operation, 2 to 3.5 tons of regular load, including standard manufacturing workshops, regional distribution centers, and common commodity transfer yards. Products in this tier support stable fast charging, allow quick switching of different functional attachments, and maintain steady performance under continuous frequent operation to support normal daily operation rhythm.

The third tier of the product grading system serves heavy work duty scenarios. This tier adapts to scenarios with more than 8 hours of high-intensity daily operation, high load demand, and complex outdoor environment, such as port freight yards, large component manufacturing plants, and building material distribution centers. Products in this tier reach higher protection rating for waterproof and dustproof, perform well under extreme high or low temperature conditions, and guarantee long-lasting stable output even under continuous heavy load operation.

The transparent product grading system helps customers accurately position their own work duty level, avoid over-investment on redundant functions that will never be used in daily operation, and also prevent potential operation risks caused by insufficient equipment performance.
